It appears that you can not update MS Office Basic Edidtion 2003. I am running XP Home Edition on my laptop, the outlook was installed on my laptop by DELL. When I go the MS, Office family and ask for updates. It shows me updates. I try to install the updates and that is where OUTRET appears.
